Shipping:

Eligible USPS priority items are shipped to lower 48 states only. Fresh mushrooms are only available for local pickup and are not available for USPS shipping. Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days but often within 1-2 days if item is in stock.

We will hold pickup orders for a maximum of 3 days. If making payment by Cash, Venmo or Zelle, payment must be made when you arrive to pick up your order, your will receive notification that your order is ready for pickup. You can also make a credit or debit card payment on the website upon checking out.

Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items sold on our website. This policy applies to all items, regardless of the reason for the return.

There are a few exceptions to this policy:

  • We will issue a refund/exchange for items that arrived damaged.
  • We will refund or exchange items that are returned within 7 days of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

We appreciate your understanding of our no refund, no exchange policy. This policy helps us to maintain a high standard of quality for our products.
